How We Furnished a Beachfront Event

A corporate event team in Huntington Beach called us with a long list of flat-packed furniture and a hard deadline: everything built and staged before the first guest walked in. Outdoor lounge sets, dining chairs, a ping pong table, a bar. All of it in boxes on the turf.

Here's how we handled it. We sent a properly sized crew instead of one guy with a drill, staged the boxes by zone so nothing got carried twice, and ran parallel lines — each team on their own set of pieces, start to finish.

The details that matter on an event build are the ones nobody sees. Torque the outdoor hardware so nothing racks under real use. Level every piece on uneven turf. Get the cardboard out fast, so the space reads finished instead of looking like a job site.

We finished ahead of schedule and walked the site clean.
